The Apparition directed by Todd Lincoln hits theaters August 24th: A new couple experiences hauntings from their new home that are far from a combination of Insidious, Paranormal Activity, and The Haunting. As they are pushed by this entity between a rock and a hard place, they will find that the more they fear it, the stronger it gets but can you really blame them if they cannot stop being scared out of their minds.

Scoop: The story revolves around Kate, a tutor diver played by Halle Berry who had a crazy encounter with a great white shark nine years ago resulting in another diver being killed. As a result, she decided to stay away from the waters, until she is convinced to reconsider and gets introduced to a daredevil millionnaire by her ex who will pay a lot of money to be near sharks, the bigger, the better. She will soon find out that no large amount of money would be enough to become a chewing doll to what she feared the most, the great white shark.

Scoop: A serial killer is using Mr. Edgar Allen Poe's works in his killings, thank God Mr. Poe was still alive in the movie because the detective in charge would have never been able to enlist the author to help him track down this killer in his rampage if he weren't. Unless, if this detective would be willing to summon the author from his grave in real time and that would be an entirely different storyline...I hope noone is stealing this idea (winking at Hollywood).

Yes,  in the wrong hands it could really be lethal but is there one person on Earth who would not use a newly acquired superpower to their own advantage.
