Donnie Darko(2005)

Why: This movie had me hooked...I do not want to spoil it for anyone but if you have not seen it yet, keep in mind any movie with the "Mad World" music as part of its soundtrack is guaranteed to be a sensational treat to watch. The movie revolves around Donnie played by Jake Gyllenhaal who is a recluse to even his own family. For some reason he gets lured out of his house every night by Frank, a man dressed in a rabbit suit, whom saved and manipulated Donnie to complete his morbid requests but wait it's not Halloween for another month. 

Tagline: "Why are you wearing this stupid man suit?"

Actors: Jake Gyllenhaal, Jena Malone, Mary Mcdonnell

Trivia: During conversations about sex with his therapist, the script had Donnie's fantasies be about Alyssa Milano. This had to be changed to Christina Applegate due to legal reasons.
