To buy any of our movie selections, you will be required to be at least 13 years of age. We know that our materials are very graphic and very violent. As a result, they are intented to be viewed by a more mature audience. We reserve the right to discontinue your membership with us at anytime if we found out at a later date that you were under 13 years of age when you signed up. Our movie contents are too explicit for any viewers under 13 years old. Although, there are other products for sale ie promotional or seasonal items that would not be considered too graphic and will be advertized as such when made available.

Cancellations

If for any reasons a member would wish to discontinue their membership with us. Just email your request to Romjon@thebesthorrormovies.com and we will grant your request as long as you request to cancel a transaction within 30 days of purchase.

Services

Our movies for sale are available upon clicking on any images or buy now link in the movie selection page, the home page and the index bar located on the left side of each page on our site. We do charge shipping and handling to our horror movies for sale and any other seasonal products posted for sale. You can pre-calculate your shipping and handling fees while checking out. Sorry for any inconvenience, currently we are limiting shipping our horror movies and our seasonal items within United States only.

Returns

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
