Level of Horror: Horror-Comedy
Why: I don't know where to start, this was my first taste of Stephen King growing up. I remember feeling terribly scared and armed with a special weapon that only I knew existed if I were ever to be in danger! (My very own voodoo doll and pins assorted:). Most people think that both King and Romero could have teamed up to give birth to a far more morbidly demented project than Creepshow. But what they refuse to understand is that Creepshow was intended to be targeted at the exact audience that accepted the anthology for what it truly is, a fun scary ride, not a sophisticated tale of horror with excessive blood, gore and the unknown.
